Aijian Wet Wipes Production Process
Raw Material Unwinding: Large rolls of raw materials, such as non-woven fabric, are smoothly conveyed through an unwinding machine, providing the basic raw materials for subsequent processing.
Slitting Processing: The large rolls of raw materials are cut into widths conforming to the specifications of wet wipes using slitting equipment, ensuring uniform dimensions.
Liquid Addition and Folding: The prepared wet wipe solution is evenly applied to the slit material, and then folded into Z-shaped, V-shaped, or other structures using a folding device.
Cutting and Counting: The folded wet wipes are cut into individual wipes, and the count is automatic to ensure accurate packaging quantities.
Packaging and Sealing: The wet wipes are bagged and sealed according to specifications, completing the finished product packaging and ensuring hygiene and airtightness.
Quality Inspection and Warehousing: The finished products are inspected for liquid content, appearance, and airtightness. Once qualified, they are stored in the warehouse, awaiting shipment.
