Q1. Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?

A: We are manufacturer specialized sanitizing/sterilizing wet wipes & series of wet and dry wipes. 

Q2.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 1 hour drive from Hangzhou. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

Q3. What is OEM & ODM terms?

A: OEM & ODM are welcome, there is an extra cost for a private label on the packing bag, front tape, and a back sheet, this is the first time requirement and can be refund if there is repeat order, we are honored to offer you samples free of charge.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of inspection reports before you pay the balance.

Q5: What is your normal MOQ and the price?

A: Our MOQ is according customers packing requirements. Price is base on we know customers’ material, size, how many pcs per pack and packing type.

Q6. How can I get a sample?

A: Once we confirm your requirement for the samples, we can prepare and send samples to you for free. Normally samples shall be ready within 2 working days.
